Determine your Leadership Level
Leadership is one of the critical components needed if you want to be very successful in business or, better yet, in life. Knowing your level at the present would provide you the opportunity to improve. These are the 3 basic indicators to identify how good you are as a leader.

1. EFFECTIVENESS & RESULTS. You can increase your leadership by being effective and show excellent results. Whether you are an employee or a business owner, you know if you are effective in some duties and responsibilities or not. FULL COMMITMENT, FOCUS and OTHER'S FOLLY
Intensive self-discipline made Warren Buffett the richest man in the world. Wallstreet people and other's folly gave him the bonuses.
FULL COMMITMENT. Freedom has a price. Warren Buffett was willing to pay it when he was just starting out. He knew he should be fully committed to winning in order to be successful in business and investing. He gave much time in looking for someone to teach him the business he liked. He also looked for mentors that could guide him through building and analyzing them. He really invests in his financial literacy. When he reads books, he reads it 4 times or more.
FOCUS ON SUCCESS. He also knew that an intense focus is also required. He didn't allow his greed and fear to control his business and investing decisions. Unlike Wallstreet people and those who trade round the clock that tries to mimic him, which in turn, gave him the bonuses. He never checks how the stocks are going when he already put his investment.
