Savor the Moment

Philosophy subjects amused me a lot when I was still studying in my college days. Although some of it really gave me a hard time to pass. But I've always thought those were one of the greatest lessons in my life that kept me human.

I never knew I would pursue entrepreneurship. The world of business does not exist in me. And now that I am, I didn't expect I could connect the principles of philosophy in business. When my business mentor told me to make the most of my experience in every business transaction, I remember what my philosophy prof said,"Savor the moment."

"Every time we talk to people is an opportunity for growth and learning."

In every business appointment you can encounter a lot of different people of different personalities, cultures, religion, hobbies, etc. Every time we talk to people is an opportunity for growth and learning. Every time we are engaged with other people, it is significant that we savor the moment.

I am thankful to my Create Abundance family for giving us opportunities of greater growth by letting us talk to a lot of people almost everyday. I am also grateful for the opportunity of having tasks and positions that really push us to raise our effectiveness. Thank you for being a great part of all my successes.

Take the challenge and enjoy every moment at Create Abundance Business Community.

Starting Point

It was the last day of our boot camp. The great mentor of our mentors was speaking. He was so happy he couldn't help but cry and hug our mentor. It was so fulfilling for him that his children - our mentors - in business have grown wiser and he even thinks they are better than him.

His speech reminded me that when you start earning Php 100,000 a month, money is no longer significant. He told us how boring his life was for 3 years he has been watching TV. He missed the times he was doing his best in building wealth. He missed the times he was rejected a lot.

What really struck me was what he said about being financially free. He said,"Being extremely wealthy is not a destination. It is a starting point." Everything goes back to zero. When you get there, it would be a whole new different life.

He was right. When I get there, that would be the starting point of doing what really matters to me most. That is where I will start fulfilling my purpose in life. That would be the starting point of building my Ludwig Towers. That would be the time to start building a lot of businesses to create jobs and to add value to other people's lives.

"Being extremely wealthy is not a destination. It is a starting point."

Everyone is working almost all of their lives for a steady paycheck not even realizing all the potentials they could do for others. It is time to gather all leaders who are willing to risk and go through uncomfortable situations and reach the starting points of their lives of uplifting others from poverty.

A Myth I Embraced, I Will Let Go

Being an entrepreneur doesn't mean being a leader. It never occur to me before that a good entrepreneur can be a bad leader. Most people may settle either. I settle for both. I want not only to be an entrepreneur. I want to be a good leader as well.

I never considered reading John Maxwell's books or attending his seminars. When reading one of his books was required by my mentor, I was so surprised. I never thought he would recommend it. Although when I checked again the curriculum that was presented to me before I join, it was actually included. I guess I just didn't pay much attention on the details because I'm so excited to be part of the community and get into action.

Two things that opened up to me, not all skillful entrepreneurs are leaders and learning how to be a good one is a process. I thought I will be a good leader when I have good grades in passive income or when I am financially free. And I was a bit frustrated because I feel my leadership is ineffective. Knowing those two principles lifted me up.

I used to plan only for my financial freedom. Today, I start planning how to grow myself as a leader. Great things really happen when you commit to the success of your passion. I now let go what I believe before that being a successful entrepreneur is a good leader. I will embrace a new belief. I want to be a successful entrepreneur and be a great leader.

My Billioinaire Suit

I was looking for a suit last Saturday. While I was fitting some of them, I feel like a billionaire. As I look and try from one suit to another, my excitement grows and grows. The day ended without me buying one.

The next day I was determined to buy one. I found this silver suit. I love it! At first I thought of looking for a less expensive one. As I was fitting the OK suit, I wasn't satisfied with the fit. So I decided to fit the silver suit. Men, I just love myself. I am a billionaire in that suit.

I remember my mentor told me to really dress up in business meetings and transactions. You are representing your business. Don't settle for anything less if your business is the best. Speak and stand just like how your business stands before competitors.

So I chose the silver suit to be MY BILLIONAIRE SUIT. My very first suit that I bought and wore. I won't settle for anything less. Just like The Donald always says,"Only the best quality for at the best price."

What do you think about my suit? I'm wearing it in my profile picture.
